- Green Clean Satisfaction Guarantee: At Ecomaids, your satisfaction is our top priority. Should you ever feel dissatisfied with our services, simply notify us within 24 hours of completion, and we’ll promptly return to ensure the job meets your expectations.
- Open Communication for Exceptional Service: We value your feedback. Feel free to reach out via call or email anytime to communicate your preferences and suggestions. Your concerns and requests are our priority, ensuring a personalized and exceptional cleaning experience.
- Pick Your Preparation: If you want to maximize value, put away items left around the home, so your ecotech can focus on scrubbing. No time to tidy up? No worries! We can pick up for you (additional charges may apply).
- Convenient Payment Options: Payment (by check, cash, or credit/debit card) is due at or before each service. For your convenience, we can set up automatic payments. Invoicing is available upon request.
- Transparent Arrival Estimates: Receive an estimated window of arrival, with timely updates if there are significant schedule changes. While we account for travel time, uncontrollable factors like traffic may impact our schedule.
- Independent Access for Ultimate Convenience: Supply us with a door entry code or a key left in a realtor’s box or under the mat, and you can enjoy your free time without having to wait around to let us in. Never pay a lock out fee and reschedule cleans with ease!
- Flexible Appointment Durations: Cleaning times may vary, but we assure you fair pricing. If cleaning takes less time, we reduce the fee; if more, we discuss and agree on adjustments. Prioritize tasks for a customized cleaning experience.
- Consistent Team Assignment: Enjoy the familiarity of a dedicated team leader who understands your needs. Substitutions, if necessary, are communicated, ensuring at least one team member is familiar with your home.
- Safety Precautions for Peace of Mind: Our staff adheres to safety guidelines, refraining from using ladders or lifting heavy items. Notify us of valuable or irreplaceable items that you prefer we do not clean or only handle with extra care
- Optional Tipping: Tipping is optional and appreciated.
- Breakage Policy: Report breakage within 24 hours for resolution. Our liability for property damage is limited, with replacement or repair offered at our discretion.
- Theft Prevention Measures: While rare, we cooperate fully in case of suspected theft. Contact us immediately, search your home, and involve the local police. Our bond covers stolen items upon conviction.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Cancel or reschedule with 24 hours’ notice, preferably by Friday 4:00 pm for Monday appointments. Late cancellations incur a fee to fairly compensate our staff.
- Services We Don’t Provide: Our services exclude heavy lifting, using ladders other than two-step stepladders, cleaning outside windows, tackling excessively moldy areas, and more. Refer to our comprehensive list for details.
