• Every team member is eligible to work in the United States. We only hire people who are legally permitted to work in the USA. We never want to jeopardize the trust you place in us or risk our reputation.

An Initial Service Visit (ISV) is a detailed cleaning designed to bring your home up to our professional green cleaning standards by removing dust, grease and other debris that may have collected around your home. During an ISV, we wet-wipe door frames and baseboards as well as all cabinet fronts. An ISV is performed as an initial cleaning but may also be performed if too much time lapses between cleanings due to the additional buildup that occures.

A Recurring Service Visit (RSV) is a cleaning visit for homes that we service on a regular basis. RSV are lower in cost because we regularly maintain our professional green cleaning standards.

The answer will vary from person to person. Several factors go into determining the frequency of cleaning, including:

• How many children do you have?
• How many pets do you have that shed hair?
• What is the size of your home?
• How often do you cook?
• Do your activities at home (like work or hobbies) need to be cleaned after?

There is no set standard for how often you should be cleaning your home. However, the most popular option is bi-weekly, which is one visit every 2 weeks. In addition, we strongly encourage our clients to convey their concerns and focus areas with us during the initial walkthrough of your home, and we invite you to join us for the final quality check at the end of the service. To minimize the impact of last-minute date changes:

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 1 week before your scheduled cleaning.
• Any schedule changes made within 6 days of the appointment will now incur a $25 rescheduling fee.
  • Requests to adjust arrival time on the scheduled day will be assessed as availability allows and without incurring a fee if the change is possible for that day. Due to regular customer changes, we do not finalize arrival times on the schedule until the week before, so the time in your account view is subject to change.
• The $75 cancellation/change fee remains in place:
  • Initial, Move, or One-Time Services – If canceled/changed within 72 hours of the service.
  • Recurring Services – If canceled/changed within 24 hours of the service.

(Note: canceling or delaying a recurring service instance will result in the one following service being upgraded to the revised frequency to account for additional time between visits.)

We are happy to take over from a prior service; we know you’ll appreciate our consistency, reliability, and integrity. The first visit to your home may still need an Initial Service to get all surfaces to meet our baseline, but that depends on the quality and frequency of your former service. If you’ve had a thorough service within the last month and you feel there is little dirt and build up, we should be able to start with a Light Initial Service option. During your first visit, the team will assess if they need extra time and adjust the service order as needed.

Please ensure your pets are secure on cleaning day, and make sure we know if you have any cats that like to escape! If you are 100% sure your pet will be friendly to strangers coming in, just let us know and our team is happy to greet them and give some love! Please also let us know about pet allergies because we carry organic dog treats to help put them at ease! If you are unsure of how your dog will react with strangers coming in, we ask that you do retain them in a kennel or a separate room for while you cannot be there to ensure it.

Not at all. Most clients provide a safe and changeable garage or door code. As long as you have prearranged access for us, you don’t have to be there. Our technicians are used to cleaning in all kinds of settings. Clients may be working from home, or gone for the day, or coming and going. It is our policy to announce ourselves upon entry, and to lock any exterior doors we use upon exit.

Once you are set up on a recurring service, we assign a team. We try to maintain familiarity by always keeping someone who has been to your home before on every visit, but sometimes this is not possible. Some team members only work part-time or have personal needs that come up.

We price your home based on the cleaning frequency you choose. Skipping your regular cleanings will increase the level of traffic and dirt that builds up, which means we’ll require more time to bring your home back to our professional standards and may require a higher priced level of service. This does not apply if your home won’t be in use for a period of time, like during a vacation, just make sure to give our office advance notice per our cancellation and reschedule policy.
